Indigo May delight at EPMS fundraiser

Indigo May and Mike Williams

Ellesmere Port Music Society were delighted to be entertained by the singing duet of  Julie Kench & Meinir Ann Thomas, known professionally as Indigo May, ably accompanied on the piano by former Musical Director of the Society Mike Williams.

The two sopranos and accompanist gave an exciting programme of popular light classics and musical numbers in the Whitby High School Sycamore Hall on 18th March as a fundraiser for the Society.  The evening was a resounding success with many choir members attending with friends and family

Indigo May is made up of two International sopranos with  a wealth of experience between them in the classical, opera, jazz, musical theatre and contemporary genres. The seamless blend of their voices brings you the enchanting sound of Indigo May.

The duo perform in the UK, and are a regular guest headline act on board P & O and Cunard cruise ships.
